Get the Red-Carpet Treatment During a Tour at 390

Seeing our luxury urban condo building for the first time is nothing short of awe-inducing, if we do say so ourselves. But there’s more than one way to experience it.

If you’re serious about seeing all that this building has to offer, we encourage private bookings so you get the red-carpet treatment, combing the building for over an hour, with each of your questions going answered.

If you’re just wanting to dip a toe in while debating your next move, it can be great to visit an Open House so you get a snapshot of the building and a sense of the lifestyle it has to offer. Then, you can follow up with the agents you met at the Open House with more questions, or to book your own private tour.

Read on for a few more reasons why 390 On the River Condominiums’ private tour is so special, and why you should consider booking if you want an extensive peek inside these four walls.

You get indoor parking

When you make an appointment with one of our agents, they go the extra mile. When they ask if you’ll be driving to the appointment, they make note, and then meet you outside the parkade entrance to grant you entry into the above-grade parkade.

This should help ease your mind if you were worried about finding parking downtown. It also provides the opportunity to see the parkade’s outstanding features such as large panoramic windows facing the river, spacious parking stalls, and a private car wash bay.

It’s on your schedule

Don’t feel like giving up a weekend at the lake? No problem. Do you have time on your lunch break downtown? Perfect. Our private appointments work around your schedule. You’ll typically hear our agents ask what works best for you, and then, they make it happen.

If you’re hoping to call 390 On the River home, you don’t have to wait for the next Open House showing to get there – just simply contact our agents, and show up.

It’s one-on-one

We live in a world when customization and personalization is all the rage. So, why not a condo tour devoted to your needs and wants?

The first stop on our private tours is the display suite, where Michael or Viktoria (our agents) will walk you through the available suites on paper, asking you questions and helping determine your budget range and the type of suite you’re looking for – including number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, etc.

Once this has been determined, Michael and Viktoria will guide you through the suites that answer your needs, so there’s no time wasted on suites that won’t interest you.

You’ll see everything the building has to offer

When it’s a crowded Open House, Michael and Viktoria can’t typically guide visitors throughout the building to see all of its amenities and wow factors.

But for private tours, they’ll take you to each of the common areas, including the sixth-floor party room and terrace, storage locker room, gym and guest room.

You’ll get a great sense of everything that would be included with your home, well beyond just the suite you’re after.

You can talk finances

When there are plenty of people around, you may not feel comfortable divulging your current mortgage numbers, rent cost or resale situation. If you make a private appointment, you’ll be able to talk candidly about the special financing arrangements available to unit buyers, as well as the other unique reasons your closing costs will be lower than at comparable developments.

Ready to make an appointment? Call our agents anytime at 204-250-7711 (Viktoria) or 204-981-4101 (Michael). Want a commitment-free chance to see inside our building? Visit our Open House hours Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. or Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
