If you’re serious about seeing all that this building has to offer, we encourage private bookings so you get the red-carpet treatment, combing the building for over an hour, with each of your questions going answered.

If you’re just wanting to dip a toe in while debating your next move, it can be great to visit an Open House so you get a snapshot of the building and a sense of the lifestyle it has to offer. The first stop on our private tours is the display suite, where Michael or Viktoria (our agents) will walk you through the available suites on paper, asking you questions and helping determine your budget range and the type of suite you’re looking for – including number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, etc.

Once this has been determined, Michael and Viktoria will guide you through the suites that answer your needs, so there’s no time wasted on suites that won’t interest you.

You’ll see everything the building has to offer

When it’s a crowded Open House, Michael and Viktoria can’t typically guide visitors throughout the building to see all of its amenities and wow factors.

But for private tours, they’ll take you to each of the common areas, including the sixth-floor party room and terrace, storage locker room, gym and guest room.

You’ll get a great sense of everything that would be included with your home, well beyond just the suite you’re after.

You can talk finances

When there are plenty of people around, you may not feel comfortable divulging your current mortgage numbers, rent cost or resale situation. If you make a private appointment, you’ll be able to talk candidly about the special financing arrangements available to unit buyers, as well as the other unique reasons your closing costs will be lower than at comparable developments.
