Living the Luxe Life is Within Reach

,

There’s a lot to be said for the kind of condo living that suits your lifestyle. From homeowners who’ve grown accustomed to finer finishes, to young professionals who want a lot more than the standard condo can offer, a luxury condo fits the bill — and in Winnipeg, there’s nothing quite like the luxe living you’ll get at 390 On the River.

Here are some of the premium features and finishes you can expect in our spacious, high-end suites.

Gorgeous Quartz Countertops

The connoisseur kitchens at 390 On the River are outfitted with beautiful quartz countertops, and a showstopper island made for gathering around. We love that quartz combines the beauty of natural stone with incredible durability, making it an ideal option for foodies who love to cook, families that need oops-proof surfaces, and anyone who loves a clean, modern look.

A Seamlessly Integrated Fridge and Dishwasher

The kitchen is the heart of the home, and we’ve designed our suites to embrace it as an extension of the living area. For a sleek, seamless look, we’ve integrated the Fisher Paykel fridge and Jenn-Air dishwasher, finishing them with the same modern panels as the kitchen cabinetry. The hidden dishwasher and French-door fridge with bottom-mount drawer freezer give our kitchens a custom look you’ll be sure to love.

High-End Appliances

To round out the suite of high-end appliances you’d expect in a luxury condo, our kitchens are outfitted with a Jenn-Air cooktop and oven, Broan hood fan and a built-in Panasonic microwave. Suites on floors 18 to 22 take luxe living to the next level with a 24-inch Jenn-Air wine fridge, featuring independent temperature control zones (and a lock to keep kids out), as well as a 50-inch electric linear fireplace. A Whirlpool washer and dryer round out the appliance package in all suites.

Your own outdoor patio

Oversized Terraces and Balconies

The average condo has a tiny balcony, but outdoor space is such an important aspect of the home, so we prioritized it. At 390 On the River, our suites have oversized balconies and terraces that extend the living space outdoors (some units even have two balconies!). You’ll have plenty of space to grill, dine al fresco, lounge or grow a balcony garden — whatever you love doing.

9-Foot Ceilings

Our premium suites on floors 18 to 22  boast nine-foot ceilings, giving our open-concept floor plans an even more spacious feel. Between the airiness of this extended ceiling height, the light flooding in through expansive windows and a generous square footage, you’ll get all the benefits of luxury condo living without feeling like you’re sacrificing space.

Sophisticated Finishes and Decor

Beautiful hardwood flooring in the living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and halls is coupled with modern trim, baseboards and casings and smooth finishing on walls and ceilings to create a highly sophisticated foundation for your home decor. The bathrooms are equally modern and sleek, with a soaker tub or glass shower (or sometimes both), cabinets to match the kitchen for a cohesive look, and a large mirror with integrated light. All you’ll have to do is decide where to place your furniture and treasured belongings.

Heated Above Grade Garage with Car Wash

Winter in Winnipeg is harsh, so we put a lot of thought into making it better for our residents. We built our parking garage above grade to let light in, and we heated it so you can get to and from your vehicle in comfort and you won’t ever have to worry about your battery draining from the cold. We also designed the garage with a car wash, so you can easily and comfortably keep your vehicle looking great year round.

From luxurious finishes and high-end appliances to airy interiors and generous outdoor space (not to mention a whole host of great amenities), the value of luxury condo living is unmatched at 390 On the River.
