Private Tours Give You a Tailored – and Safe – Look at 390 On the RiverNews
The way we do a lot of things has changed dramatically over the past few months, so it’s no surprise that the condo viewing experience is different than it once was. Not only have we implemented recommended precautions for the safety of you and our agents, in many ways, our private tours offer a better experience for potential buyers. Here’s what you can expect when you book a tour at 390 On the River.
We Put Your Health First
Safe and healthy viewings at 390 On the River is one of our top priorities, and we’ve been very successful with following health regulations. Before your visit, we’ll ask you some screening questions to ensure visitors touring the building are free of COVID-19 symptoms.
When you arrive for your tour, you’ll be able to park in the building’s above-ground parkade, so you won’t have to worry about finding and paying for street parking. We have masks for all visitors, as well as hand sanitizer and access to a sink for washing hands with soap and water.
Tours Are Focused and Tailored to You
While a typical open house can be a bit overwhelming and you might find yourself somewhat hesitant to ask all the questions you’d like to, all of our tours are currently private, which gives you valuable one-on-one time with our agents.
In order to get the most of your tour, we’ll have a chat to find out what you’re looking for and your budget so we can show you the best options among available units. With suites ranging from one to three bedrooms, there’s something for everyone at 390 On the River.
We’ll start off by touring units and then get a good look at the building’s amenities, which include a 2,364-square-foot terrace on the sixth floor overlooking the Assiniboine River, entertainment room with kitchen, gym, guest suite, and a car wash in our above-ground parkade. In all, the typical tour runs about 30 to 60 minutes.
You Can Move in Right Away
While we’re still very much in the midst of a pandemic, we know many people are looking to move and eager to get into their new home. At 390 On the River, most units are currently ready for immediate occupancy, so there’s no delay.
Whether you’re a retiree looking to downsize, a young professional working from home or a parent with young kids, our building and location has lots to offer. There’s private path access to the River Walk, a designated bike path right outside the building and nearby tennis courts, so you can easily get outside for a bit of activity every day. And when you want to kick back and enjoy summer from the comfort of your home, you’ll be happy to know nearly all units feature generous balconies with amazing views of the rivers, the fort or downtown.
